Editorial and project-verification policy
Our goal is useful, current buyer information—not inflated availability claims.
Source hierarchy
We prioritize Dubai Land Department, UAE government, official developer pages and written transaction documents. Secondary market reports may provide useful context, but are identified as analysis rather than an official rule. Promotional claims are not treated as independent evidence.
Project and area research
Project pages summarize the information available at the stated review date. Area guides explain buyer fit, trade-offs, infrastructure, competing supply and questions to investigate. Neither replaces building-level inspection, contract review or current rental evidence.
Availability and prices
A project marked “now selling” is being marketed by its developer at review time. It does not guarantee that a specific unit, price, incentive or payment plan remains available. We request fresh written confirmation for each inquiry before describing inventory as current.
Calculations and market data
Worked examples disclose their assumptions and distinguish gross from net results. Market totals describe activity, not future performance. We avoid presenting advertised yield, appreciation or residency eligibility as guaranteed.
Artificial intelligence and editorial control
Software may help organize research, identify missing questions or prepare a draft. Dubai Realty Alliance remains responsible for the visible page, source selection, qualification of claims and correction process. Automation does not convert an unsupported statement into a verified fact.
Updates and corrections
Time-sensitive pages show a review date. Material corrections replace outdated claims and update the page date. Readers may submit a correction through our secure form and identify the page, statement and supporting source.
Commercial relationships
Potential referral compensation does not convert promotional claims into verified facts. Commercial relationships, transaction representation and material compensation should be disclosed before a transaction proceeds.
What remains the buyer’s responsibility
Every buyer should independently verify title, parties, permits, escrow instructions, contract terms, fees, financing, tax consequences, inspection findings and residency rules for the exact transaction.
